I'm a 25 year IT veteran who has been supporting computers my whole working life. I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years and have worked in many different areas of IT including programming, networking, telecom and systems administration. My main focus the last 14 years has been supporting Windows server environments and applications and I have been heavily involved with VMware ESX for the last 3 years. I am one of the User Moderators on the Vmtn forums and hold the elite Guru status as a forum member (esiebert7625). I am also one of the contributing writers on Tech Target's SearchVMware.com website and a regular participant on the weekly Vmtn Communities Roundtable podcast.

I reside in Arvada, Colorado with my wife and 3 children.
